Using the portal at Agarpur School

Everything a student or guardian can do here, tab by tab. Jump to a part:

Getting started

Signing in

Open your school’s address followed by /portal — for example agarpurschool-edu.dimikcampus.com/portal — and sign in with the email and password the school gave you. The first time, you will be asked to choose your own password.

You stay signed in on your own phone or computer until you press Sign out. On a shared computer, always sign out.

Signing in

Forgot your password?

Press Forgot your password? on the sign-in page and type your email. A link arrives by email; open it and choose a new password. If nothing arrives, look in the spam folder, or ask the school office to reset it.

Home: every child at a glance

Guardians see a card for each child the school has linked to you: attendance, fees owed, homework to do and results. With more than one child, the round buttons at the top switch between them on every page, and the portal remembers who you looked at last.

A child is missing? The school office links children to guardians — ask them.

The record

Attendance

This term’s attendance overall and for each subject, and what the school requires. Falling below it can stop a student sitting exams, so it is shown in red. “Nothing counted yet” means no class has been recorded — not 0%.

Attendance

Results and report cards

Results appear once the school publishes them: marks, grade, grade point and passed or not, and the term GPA when every subject is out. Report cards download as a PDF to keep or print.

Notices

Notices the school has sent to you — to everyone, to guardians or students, or to your child’s class (it says which child).

Homework

Seeing homework

Everything set for the classes, when it is due, and where it stands: to do, handed in (late if after the deadline), marked with the teacher’s mark and comment, to do again, or not handed in.

Handing homework in

Students: press Hand in, write your answer and/or attach a photo or PDF of your work, then Hand it in. You can hand in again if the teacher returns it.

Fees and paying

What is owed

What is still owed and what is overdue, whether fees would stop the student sitting exams, and each bill with the payments made against it. Every payment the school has received has a numbered receipt you can open and print.

What is owed

Paying online

If your school takes payment online, press Pay online beside a bill. You go to the school’s own payment page (bKash, Nagad or card). When you come back, the portal says the payment is being confirmed; once the payment company confirms it — usually within a minute — the bill shows as paid with its receipt. The money goes straight to the school.

If a payment stays “waiting” for long, keep your transaction number and tell the school office.

Talking to the school

Message a teacher

Messages lists the child’s teachers. Press Write to start a conversation; replies appear on their own. A teacher shown with “no account” cannot be written to here — contact the school office.

Children at other schools

If your children are at more than one school that uses DimikCampus, Other schools shows them together with a link to each school’s portal — once each school has linked your national ID and recorded your agreement. Each school’s details stay in its own portal.

Who to ask

For anything about your account, a missing child, wrong details, fees or results, contact your school office — they manage the records. Only the school can change them.

Pictures are from a demo school; the names are invented.
